• Level 1 – Sanitization: Basic cleaning and sanitizing of the affected area.
• Level 2 – Visible Contaminant Removal: Remove visible animal droppings and sanitize the area.
• Level 3 – Attic Cap: Remove the top two inches of contaminated insulation, sanitize, and add two inches of new insulation. Starting at $2.50 per sq. ft.
• Level 4 – Full Restoration: Complete removal of all contaminated insulation, full sanitization, and installation of new insulation. Starting at $3.75 per sq. ft., typically for attic contamination from squirrels, bats, rats, or raccoons.
